Help with garden install and pathways

Hi, I'm looking for a few skilled laborers that have knowledge in creating hardscapes such as dg or gravel pathways, and possibly retaining walls. I own a small maintenance company looking to expand into more larger installs. I have a few clients that need pathways and planting. Must be comfortable working collaboratively and on your own. I will be in and out of sites and need someone capable of working alone. Contractors welcome. Laborers are paid 25/hr. Contractors paid a higher wage. Let me know if you have experience, if you are a contractor, or looking to earn some extra cash.
