WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A SERVICE ADVISOR/SERVICE MANAGER AT PFEIFER IMPLEMENT OF SIOUX FALLS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMPETENT, FRIENDLY SERVICE ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR BOBCAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE INDIVIDUAL FOR THIS ROLE WOULD ACT AS THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS FROM THE START TO THE FINISH.THE IDEAL CANIDATE WOULD POSSES' EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PATIENT ATTITUDE AND WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS.

MONDAY – FRIDAY 7:30AM – 5:00PM
REQUIREMENTS:
GREET CUSTOMERS UPON ARRIVAL TO SHOP
ASSESS CUSTOMER NEEDS
CONSULT WITH MECANCHINES REGARGDING APPROPRIATE SERVICE OPTIONS
EXPLAIN THE SERVICE OPTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER INCLUDING TIME AND COST ESTIMATES
TRACK THE REPAIR IF THE CUSTOMERS MACHINES
PERFORM CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES: ANSWER PHONES, SCHEDULE SERVICE, INFORM CUSTOMER WHEN EQUIPMENT IS DONE.
