Join Talia for this soul awakening class to get your mind and heart ready to conquer the day. Class begins slowly as you meld yourself on your mat and works its way up into a heat building, expansive, vinyasa practice. Location: Talia will be leading class near the entrance of City Putt, alongside of the Great Lawn in City Park. You can plug "33 Dreyfous Dr." into your GPS, park near the Peristyle and then walk along the brick path on the left side of the great lawn.
