Grumpy people do not like to be reminded of this but it is true. Happiness is a choice. The only difference between happiness and misery is perspective.
Holding gratitude for all that is good is the key to NOT dwelling on the negative. A positive perspective is a practice. Eventually it becomes the norm.
If you are an angry person, you are choosing to live in that state of mind. YOU are the only cause of your suffering.
