In this class, Laura will focus on maintaining your wild sourdough starter and the beauty of freshly milled grain. Laura will also walk you through, step-by-step, the process of mixing, folding, dividing, and shaping fermented sourdough loaves. Prepare to get your hands dirty! You will leave with your own sourdough starter, written sourdough bread instructions, a bread proofing basket to get you started at home, and your shaped loaf of bread.
Charcuterie and wine included.
