Found! small, white/tan/gray female cat

Found this sweet girl while trying to catch feral cats in the neighborhood. She's a small grey/tan/white cat who has a collar on but no tag with contact info. TBD on whether she has a microchip. She has some fleas and is underweight so could have been missing for a while. If you have any insights please let me know!
