"The Melody Room" showcases & host some of the most rawest and talented musicians, singers, & bands in the Springfield area as well as from all over the world! From Rnb, Soul, Neo Soul, Gospel, Funk, Country, Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, Christian Contemporary Music, etc all music genres are welcomed! The Melody Room is a vibe where you can come witness quality live music up close and personal while enjoying a music experience of a lifetime! We are needing & wanting 25 of the most amazing vibrant "good vibes only" energetic chilled audience members! "The Melody Room" is specifically designed to create a multi-cultural platform for all artists and musicians of all musical genres in the Springfield area and across the world! Isaiah Bailey is a singer/songwriter, actor, voice teacher and ultimately a passionate lover of Jesus Christ! He is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and a proud graduate of the Historical Little Rock Central High School! This naturally gifted singer began cultivating his gift of singing in a gospel music infused church while also studying classical voice. His classical training led him to study opera at Oklahoma City University where he then found a love for Musical Theatre. While continuing his studies, Bailey found a deeper passion for leading worship through his personal worship experience at home. He began to lead at local churches and events and is actively doing that today. After graduating OCU he began performing in professional regional theatres around the country. He then had the opportunity to share his gift on the Sight and Sound Stage in Branson Missouri where he played Pharaoh in Moses and also understudying the the title role, Moses. After Moses, he completed his final year at Sight and Sound as the title role in Samson! Feeling the urge to take the leap of faith and move to NYC, he followed that urge which afforded him so many opportunities to work with entertainment’s best and on world renown stages! Being in New York, Bailey was cast in an Off-Broadway show (Revelation, The Musical) and then the Broadway National Tour of Beautiful: The Carol King Musical. Due to the 2020 global pandemic, the show of course ended, and Bailey found himself passionately leading worship at an amazing church in Springfield, Missouri (Hamlin Baptist Church). In January 2022, Bailey joined the Broadway Nat’l tour of Disney’s The Lion King and boldly continues to share his mission to let everyone know that they are ABUNDANTLY LOVED!
