Description

Each year, we observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15. Join us for our second annual FOLKLORE to commemorate and continue to celebrate the influence and contributions of the Latino Community. This year, together with Wells Fargo, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Fresco Marketing, we are announcing a program to help 9 small businesses with $10,000 grants. Come celebrate with us and learn more about it! Music.Food.Drinks Folk = Regional People Lore = Stories “Folklore is informally learned, unofficial knowledge about the world, ourselves, and our communities, our beliefs, our cultures, and our traditions that is expressed creatively through words, music, customs, actions, behaviors, and materials. It is also the interactive, dynamic process of creating, communicating, and performing as we share that knowledge with other people.”
