NRA Refuse To Be A Victim seminar teaches the basic knowledge, skill, and attitude for developing a strategy for one's personal safety.  The seminar includes classroom instruction on a variety of crime prevention strategies, from crime psychology to automobile crimes to cyber crime.  And what you, as an individual, can do to prevent becoming a victim of a crime.  This is not a firearms instruction course, and does not include instruction in physical combat self-defense.  This seminar is planned for four hours, but may go over to due to attendee participation.  Students will receive NRA Refuse To Be A Victim booklet and a course completion certificate. NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM. THIS INCLUDES CCW and LEO. NO EXCEPTIONS! Leave your firearm and ammunition secured in your locked vehicle. FYI - California law requires you to transport your firearm in a locked case. This class is for law-abiding citizens, as defined by applicable federal, state or local laws.
