IMPORTANT NOTES: Students must have completed Photography One to continue with Photography Level Two. Visit the Photography booth at the 4-H Club Expo on Wednesday, October 5th at Savannah Rapids Pavilion for more informationAll grades reflect the 2022-2023 school yearOnly students that have completed Photography Level One are eligible for Photography Level TwoStudents must either live or go to school in Columbia County to participate4-H Photography Club Level Two - 2nd Monday of the MonthGeneral registration opens on October 6th at 9:00 am. Registration will close once the club is full, however, this club has limited availability and typically fills quickly. First Meeting: Monday, October 10th Location: 4-H Extension Office Time: 7:00 - 8:00 pm - Grades: 6-12 - Cost: $135 - Limit: 15 Students will take a closer look at different types of lenses and learn how to operate them properly with different projects. Students will also work on editing, special effects, reflections, lighting the mood, the rule of thirds, master different viewpoints, expressions through color, play in the world of panorama, and really understand photos with a purpose all while working on a yearly project. Students will help work with Photography One club, help fundraise, participate in different outings, and complete a community-related projects. Students will also submit photos for the yearly gala for the auction.REQUIREMENTS: A laptop or tablet, a smartphone or compact/professional camera, and either a 32 GB memory card or 128 GB flash drive.MEETING DATES: 10/10, 11/14, 12/12, 1/9, 2/13, 3/13, 4/10, 5/8 GENERAL CLUB REFUND POLICY: If a child is not able to participate for any reason in a club, all but 25% of the club's total fee will be refunded. Ex. Club fee is $100, $75 will be refunded. This partial refund is only available if requested within two weeks of the club's 2nd meeting. After that time, no refund will be given. All refunds are determined by the Columbia County 4-H agent.
