Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15, by celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. This year, we invite you to enjoy the, “Tastes from Central and South America.” Rich in history and culture, the Latin American cuisine is full of flavorful ingredients and spices. Come out and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Food, Fun and Festivities on September 30th at 11 a.m. in Conference Room 1 &2 at the MLK second floor. We have some awesome raffles, dance lessons and prizes! Be ready to learn more about the Hispanic culture on Sep. 30th. This is an event you surely don’t want to miss!
