a 31 unit condominium building Mukilteo The ideal candidate will be reliable, self starting, have experience in building and pool maintenance, be able to use computers and maintain a friendly relationship with the residents and Executive board. Candidate must be drug free, pass criminal background check and be able to lift 40 pounds. Primary duties include, but not limited to, maintaining common areas in a clean and tidy manner performing routine pool maintenance, cleaning, testing and stocking supplies (training provided) making minor repairs recommend and monitor contractors maintain building security
