Need Painter with Airless

I need a painter with an airless sprayer to spray Kilz in a single room. You must have an airless for this. A roller will not be an acceptable substitute. This should be a very short and simple job. I will pay well for it. The room is only 9'x12' with 12' ceilings. The ceiling does also need to be sprayed. There is minimal masking to do. It shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes for the masking. Power is readily available on site. However, I do not have a good place for cleaning your tools afterwards. There is no hose. You will need to pack everything up and take it somewhere else to be cleaned. Please send a bid that makes it worth your time. Thank you.
