Have experience as a Maintenance Technician? Would like to work in the Property Management Industry? Look No Further! We are currently seeking individuals with an open schedule that have experience in the Maintenance field. Working with our company will allow you the flexibility to choose your own schedule. We do have short, long and TEMP TO HIRE assignments. Maintenance Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): *Interior /Exterior Painting *Appliance Repair *Turns *Prepare and Complete Service Request *Inspect Grounds and Common Areas *Update Inventory Logs *Troubleshooting Repair Issues *Install Locks/Make Keys *Maintenance Team Support If you are interested in working with us BUT do not have this particular skill set we do have our Porter/Groundskeeper positions. No experience necessary for this position. Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn. Porter/Groundskeeper Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): *Daily Upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators. *Power Washing *Sweep *Touch up Paint *Replace light bulbs in Common Areas, Pathways, Garage and Parking Areas *Basic pool cleaning including cleaning pool furniture and pool chemical maintenance. * Help with light maintenance work If interested please do reply to ad!!
