Immediate need for semi-skilled labor needed for commercial construction site in Greenville, SC. It is vital that applicants for this position will be able to arrive very promptly and consistently to the job site, with proper PPE (provided at no cost). This would be for a long-term project. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Composite clean up Final construction cleaning of interior Demolition Basic carpentry At least two years of residential or commercial construction experience is preferred for semi-skilled workers. Semi-skilled workers must have fundamental knowledge of basic safety regulations, experience working with a construction crew, and familiarity with commercial construction projects. Safety is extremely important, and employees are expected to adhere strictly to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Overtime and/or weekend work is a possibility.
