COSA is recruiting new teen members for its Students Taking Action in the River Region (S.T.A.R.R.) Coalition. The Coalition is comprised of teens, ages 12-17, across the River Region who are interested in and committed to making a difference in their community while demonstrating positive leadership qualities among their peers. and having fun!
