* We are a long-time property management and real estate investment company. We are currently looking to find and buy several properties in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County to add to our portfolio in the next few days, between now and October 15. * For that, we need a part-time local property scout who knows the area well, is well-connected in the community and/or gets in contact with many people. * This work entails finding off-market properties that we can buy, and possibly some additional tasks. * We prefer move-in ready properties in good condition, but we will consider properties that need work, whether cosmetic or a full renovation. Any location, any condition, any price range, if the numbers make sense. * The work can be done on any day at any time, for example after hours or on the weekend, after your regular job. * You can do as much or as little as you want. Of course, as with anything, the more you do, the higher the income potential. * The pay will depend on the type of property and what you contribute to the successful purchase. It starts at $500 per property we buy and goes up to $2,000. * If you do well, we will consider you again for upcoming gigs or even on a regular basis. Either way, it is a side gig.
