You're invited to join Dr. Aguado for an engaging concert featuring 20th Century works by Delermando Reis, Agustín Barrios Mangoré, Joaquín Turina, and Roland Dyens. This concert is open to all members of the Frederick community.
ABOUT CHAZ AGUADO
Chaz Aguado is an active musician and teacher in Frederick, Baltimore, and Washington Counties in Maryland. A doctoral candidate of classical guitar at Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, Virginia, Mr. Aguado earned a Master’s Degree at the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree at Towson University. He has been teaching guitar privately for 10 years and is the classical guitar teacher at Frederick Community College. He also teaches rock, country, blues, and metal at the Maurice Arenas Guitar Academy in Frederick as well as Music and Arts Centers in Hagerstown and Frederick (MD). Some of the notable pedagogues he has studied classical guitar with are Troy King, Laura Husbands, Mathew Palmer, Jonathan Leatherwood, Julian Gray, and Ricardo Iznaola.
