Free meditation class: Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety to a large degree. In our free, weekly classes, we will help you do just that. This class offers a way to deal with stress and anxiety through breathwork, guided meditations, and a small amount of very low inpact kundalini style yoga. Some of our students have had excellent results in improving different aspects of their lives. Not just lowering stress but improving relationships with loved ones, improving work performance, and developing the ability to focus better on schoolwork.
