Todd McCullough, founder of TMAC FITNESS is a former UF Football Player turned Yogi and leads 20 minute workouts to help you get in shape and your MIND RIGHT! Bring your Yoga Mat to enjoy a free workout in the CANVAS parking lot. Following the workout each participant will get a complimentary smoothie sample from The Peachie Spoon! She is a holistic nutritionist that specializes in blood sugar balance and hormone health. She'll be doing smoothie school to show you how she makes her fabulous recipes that you can find in her cookbook at CANVAS!
