LOST MALE BROWN TABBY CAT - Last seen in North Highlands near Watt Ave & Don Julio Blvd on August 21, 2022. - He is about 1.5 years old. - He was last seen wearing a black cat collar with a bell, no chip/tracker. - He is a brown tabby but he has orange tint around his mouth/nose and paws, as well as randomly around his body. He has green eyes and small tufts on top of his ears. - He usually has a straight/annoyed face and may be skittish around people but he is a sweetheart.
