Studies have shown that accountability is one of THE most important aspects of forming new routines and neural processes….Especially when that routine involves sitting in ice cold water for 2 minutes or 145 degrees for 20! Join fellow members of Archipelago and challenge yourself to sit through the discomfort.
*This is an open style drop in, but please RSVP so we know you’re coming! Four people may use the contrast therapy room at a time.
*We do have an outdoor shower for use afterwards!
