Seeking a place to store van for a few months

I am looking for a place to temporarily store van for winter time, or for at least a month or few. The van will be on NON OPERATIONAL status. The van starts well, runs well. I simply wish to use a car that pollutes the air less. It can be used to store things in, or it can be a lounge, or lived in. (If so, pls, no smoking in van, or hard addictions.) It must be stored on Private property, since it is on Non Operational Status, re. D.M.V. (Otherwise city will tow it.) I can afford to pay no more than $40 a month. Wish I could pay $30, if possible.
