Construction Worker - Laborer - some equipment operation

Local Construction company of 26 years looking for skilled construction worker. Willing to train the right person but some construction experience is required. Will be completing a variety of construction tasks that include shovel work, installation of underground conduit and water lines, drain lines, pavers, block retaining walls, etc. There are periods of heavy labor so lifting and carrying is required. Depending on experience work can also include excavator, track loader, dump truck (non-cdl) operation. Concrete grading and forming experience is desired but not required. No placing of concrete as we sub that out to others. * Must have valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation (insurance company requirement). * Must have your own dependable transportation. This is a full time position with plenty of room for advancement. We work through the winter and are booked for over a year. $20+ Hr. Pay based on experience.
