Downey Krant Construction, LLC, is now hiring! About us: DKC is a locally owned construction company and we are now looking for employees to join our team. We specialize in custom homes and ADU builds, bathroom and kitchen remodels and custom decks and fences. Servicing all of the Rogue Valley, we like to provide positive, honest and quality work. We are looking for employees that are reliable and hardworking. Regardless of skill, prospective employees need to be able to take direction, can lift 50+ lbs. and have reliable transportation. For workers that show motivation and potential, you will have the chance to receive bonuses and benefits, along with the opportunity to progress within the company with added responsibilities, if so desired. The position would start out as part-time, 3-4 days a week, with the weekly hours totaling between 21-28, and progressing from there. Because we are looking to hire and work with a range of experience levels, starting wages will be as follows: • For non-experienced workers with no tools who require supervision, base pay starts at $18/hr., with bonus incentives and a monthly tool allowance. • For experienced workers with their own tools and requiring little to no supervision, base pay starts at $25+/hr.
