Wanted: Carpet layer for small project

I have new carpet. The space is wall-to-wall 16 x 22 ~ yes there will be a splice because the carpet is only 15 wide. It's a pattern carpet so there's extra carpet to accommodate that. It's for a houseboat. I know the "it's a boat so I'm gonna jack up my rate" game. I'm in the boat business. But, I don't want someone who will jack up the price on me because it's a boat. I need a good expert who knows his stuff, has his own tools, and ain't gonna gouge us because it's a boat. The space where the carpet goes is like a house with plywood wood floors. 2-year-old carpet in place now - customer just wants a color change. Tack strips in place. Anyone out there that will fit this small project? The boat is at the marina downtown Sarasota.
