RESSCO is looking for a Groundskeeper/ Landscaper to become part of the RESSCO team which has more than 50 years of combined experience involving multi-million dollar real estate transactions, equity investments and development/construction projects. This Groundskeeper/Landscaper will be responsible for our property in Lansing, MI. JOB DUTIES Employee performs and oversee a variety of janitorial, custodial, and/grounds maintenance tasks to maintain clean and safe buildings and grounds. Employee performs a full range of janitorial assignments using limited judgment. Actions are normally determined by specific instructions from the supervisor or by following well-defined procedures, methods, and practices. Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and our leasing office, as well as parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
