Drummer looking for practice space

Looking for storage unit, rehearsal room, just me - one drummer. Any leads? I have called numerous storage unit facilities and they won't allow any musicians. I would like to play a few times a week in the evenings on my own kit. Please let me know if you have any experience with solutions that are in line with what i'm proposing. Cheers
