Have a house with a large yard with lots of sprinklers. There's no grass but it needs sprinklers checked each week to make sure their operational. Want this person to be able to repair sprinklers and system. There is a lot of concrete and I need this person to keep it clean. We also have small painting projects going on once in a while. There are other outdoor maintenance type things. I need someone to work about 8-10 hours each week. I want someone who lives in or very near to the 89015 zip code. This person can work a few hours a day or all the hours in one day. I am looking for someone long term. Mike
