Need someone to mow lawn EARLY tomorrow am

Hi- Our lawn guy just canceled and we need our lawn mowed before our landlord gets here tomorrow morning! We normally pay him $40 but are okay to pay $70 as long as you can get here at 7 AM and get it done. It's not a very large yard. You have to bring your own mower. Please let me know what time you can be here, your phone number and if you have your own lawn mower.
