You will be an integral part of the inside and outside sales teams. To be successful as an inside sales representative you will be trained to know 8 chassis styles and be able to provide the common specs and be trained on 10 vendor product lines within your first 6 months. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Prepare quotes quickly and efficiently. · Assist outside sales in processing quotes. · Assist outside sales by providing proper paperwork to expand existing accounts and forge new relationships. · Prepare jobs. · Conduct sales with out of the area and walk-in customers. · Complete final inspections on completed trucks, including taking photos, obtaining the weight, and fuel testing. · Coordinate the shipping and receiving of completed trucks to the customer. · Answer incoming sales calls. Work Environment This position works in an office setting, with shop exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and sit for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Preferred Education and Experience Ability to acquire Class B CDL within 6 months of hire.
