Heavy Equipment Summary: This is a highly skilled position in the operation of heavy construction equipment. The employee in this class is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. Call for more information. Crane Summary: Responsible for operation of cranes used in heavy lifting and transport Perform preventative maintenance as required to ensure safe and continual service of crane Remains in continual voice (radio), hand, and or communication with rigger while operating the crane Participates in safety meetings and other rigger safety programs Assures that all lifts are within load limits of equipment and correctly rigged Assures that lifting gear is inspected prior to use Operates crane equipment to hoist materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Performs tasks assigned by rigger during lifting procedures CCO certificate Required Level 2 Traffic Signal Tech Summary: Call for more information.
