Warehouse and Trade Show I&D Manager 2022 We are a trade show exhibit company seeking a responsible and reliable part time person to manage and oversee our warehouse operations and to set-up and break down rental displays at Las Vegas convention centers and hotel exhibit spaces. Your primary tasks focus on managing our warehouse. You will work independently packing and shipping trade shows displays we manufacture, sell and rent. You will also receive inbound freight and restock inventory. You must have basic computer knowledge and be able to send emails, do internet searches, enter information into our database, create and print shipping labels using UPS WorldShip and other shipping software. You will also be installing and dismantling our rental displays. You must have some trade show I&D experience. Our displays are easy to setup and break down without tools. Hours can vary but set up times are typically (9AM-11AM) and break down times (4PM –8PM). Most jobs will take 2-4 hours, but some could be longer. You must have a valid driver’s license to make local deliveries in our E-250 cargo van. PAY STRUCTURE We have two pay rates based on your trade show industry experience. - Warehouse related work: $15-17 per hour to start. After a 90-day probation period rate will increase $2-3 per hour. - On-site Trade Show Set Up and Breakdown labor: $20 per hour to start. - After 90 day probation period rate will increase up to $25 per hour. - We guarantee a two-hour minimum for any on-site labor jobs. HOURS The job requires 20-30 hours per week, depending on the number of orders we need to pack, rental display set ups and breakdowns and other related tasks. The warehouse hours are somewhat flexible (M-F 9am-5pm). You’ll be provided with onsite trade show I&D schedules in advance. TASKS - Independently oversee, manage and keep an organized warehouse. - Pack trade show displays and related orders and prepare for shipping. - Coordinate, schedule and print labels for shipments using various computer applications. - Load and unload trucks using a forklift and pallet jack. - Make deliveries to convention centers or advanced warehouse locations. - Install and dismantle displays at Las Vegas trade shows and conventions. - Handle receiving, stock inventory on pallet racks, shelves and bins. - Communicate with team members, vendors, and customers via email, text and phone. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum one year of trade show industry I&D experience. - Must be reliable, work independently and able to solve problems. - Able to lift 60lbs and pack boxes on pallet and shrink-wrap. - Have a clean, valid driver’s license and vehicle to get to work and drive our van. - Work quickly and efficiently to complete set ups and break downs. - Good computer skills to send professional emails, database entries and use shipping software. - Get along and work well with the owners, salesperson, and administrative staff. - Be a good team player with a professional appearance and attitude. - Willingness to learn new skills and make improvements to existing operations and procedures.
