ASBURY PARK – Asbury Park police reported on Monday that they were looking for a missing 15-year-old. Tyler Loggins, who was reported missing by his parent, was later located. Tyler was last seen on Sunday morning at his home in Asbury Park, police said. Loggins was last seen wearing all black clothing. He did not show up to his place of employment on Monday.
