need simple auto body work done

Need some body work done near my gas tank cap area. See photos. Just need your price for doing a decent job on grinding the rust away, setting in some bondo, and painting the exterior. It doesn't have to be perfect- just want to slow down the rust and make the appearance better. I have some tools here, and would prefer the work to be done here at my home in Greece. The rest of the van is in relatively good condition, given its age (2010 Chrysler Town & Country).
