Who Let The Dogs Out Pet Grooming is looking for an experienced groomer with part time/full time availability. Our work environment includes: Relaxed atmosphere Casual work attire Flexible working hours As an experienced Pet Groomer in our company, you will be responsible for bathing, clipping and trimming pets. You should have great people skills and an eye for details due to the level of care needed to ensure pets are healthy and happy. Daily tasks include performing administrative tasks like record-keeping, scheduling and answering phone calls, and taking payments. Looking for candidates with minimum of 2 years grooming experience preferred. Groomer will receive 50-60 percent of service charge per pet dependent on performed task (e.g. bathing and grooming vs grooming only). Details will be discussed further with employer. Responsibilities: Work on pets in a variety of positions and situations (e.g. standing up, bending over, kneeling down or lying on back or side). Wash pets Groom animals to cater request of customer preference. Clean and disinfect instruments (e.g. clippers, scissors) and work areas after use. Ensure safe handling of animals, cleaning supplies and cleaning chemicals. Data entry in specialized pet program, training provided. Please email a resume or drop in with one!
