* We are a long-time property management and real estate investment company. We are currently looking to find and buy several properties in the Greater Los Angeles Area to add to our portfolio in the next few days, between now and October 15. * For that, we need a part-time local property scout who knows the area well, is well-connected in the community and/or gets in contact with many people. * This work entails finding off-market properties that we can buy, and possibly some additional tasks. * We prefer move-in ready properties in good condition, but we will consider properties that need work, whether cosmetic or a full renovation. Any location, any condition, any price range, if the numbers make sense. * The work can be done on any day at any time, for example after hours or on the weekend, after your regular job. * You can do as much or as little as you want. Of course, as with anything, the more you do, the higher the income potential. * The pay will depend on the type of property and what you contribute to the successful purchase. It starts at $500 per property we buy and goes up to $2,000. * If you do well, we will consider you again for upcoming gigs or even on a regular basis. Either way, it is a side gig.
