Trailer: need brakes, possibly wheel bearings

Hello there. I am looking for someone with experience doing brakes on trailers.... My travel trailer is double axle and I already know I need four new drums... My brakes are fried because they were dragging due to malfunctioning of something... I can tell you more about it... My wheel bearings need to be inspected and I need to be advised if they are okay or need replacement. Wheel bearings need to be repacked. Brake controller and emergency brakes needs to be inspected for proper functioning.
