Looking for someone who works at/knows someone at LAX Customs office

I have a important/timely package that has been "stuck" in customs in at the LAX customs facility. I have called the facility multiple times and am not getting anywhere with them as they just keep telling me to wait longer and as far as I know not really looking into why the package is stuck. Since I can't get anywhere with them, I am willing to pay someone $300 that either works at the facility or can get in contact with someone who works at the facility to see why the package is not moving through customs and if they can get it moving so I can actually receive the delivery. As I said I am offering $300 but willing to negotiate. Please be ready to prove you work at or knows someone who works at LAX customs before getting paid for the job.
