We are adding about 1090 sq.ft of 2 new room in the back of the house ( see attached img.) This is permitted work. You will need minimum of 5 years in building residential foundation. Payment ( installment) is based on the approval & successful fix and passing of LADBS inspector. Only experienced builder should apply please! We need labor quote only. - Raised cement foundation perimeter with wooden floor We will handle all the material purchases from home depot ( anchor bolts, epoxy etc), including hiring the cement pouring truck
