Hi there - I am opening additional seats for individuals who are interested in development coaching. I invite you to check out the informational image to learn more about coaching. The definition of ‘success’ is very personal, and it will continue to evolve, along with your story. Coaching is about having a partner to support you in building successful tools and behaviors that are right for YOU as an individual; it is not about what works for everyone else. Because this journey is so personal, I treat everyone, objectively, as humans first, with no agenda. I feel it is important to take a holistic approach to development, acknowledging that we shouldn’t have to choose between professional and personal happiness - it is all intertwined, and most often, interdependent.
