The purpose of this group is for those who are helping the homeless, whether inside or on the street, to know about each other and work together instead of separately. Otherwise, we may be "reinventing the wheel" and having a less-than-optimum response to the problem. If enough people respond, we could have a conference, town hall meeting, etc. to see where Santa Barbara County is at. Please feel free to add to the discussions.
