Need someone to quickly check codes on car

My 06 Lexus won’t start and need to check codes / run diagnostic test to see if the issue will show. I have an idea of a few issues it could be but trying to determine which of my mechanics I need to have my car towed to, if it’s something I can fix, or if I need to bring to dealer. If someone has a code reader, I just need 5min of your time. It would be greatly appreciated!!!!
