Ideal candidates will possess the following: Carpentry and Painting experience This position does not require HVAC Certification but would be appreciated Basic hand tools Excellent customer service and positive attitude 1+ Years of apartment industry maintenance or construction experience Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently Verifiable employment with a minimum of 12 consecutive months with the same employer All offers will be pending reference, drug, and criminal background screening.
