Tile layer wanted

I have two projects I need help with. One is retiling some steps. I have already demoed the old tile. The other is a bathroom backsplash. I have all materials, just no time to do the work myself. You will need to bring a tile saw. The stairs need a bit of grinding right where the door opens to remove the remaining thinset. Then power wash (I have a washer) and coat with a fresh coat of redguard. Then tile and grout the fronts, apply the metal kick molding (see the second photo) and tile/grout tops. The bathroom is a basic backsplash that is 3'x5' Please text some images of your previous work.
