Family business/ranch looking for somebody with general skills to do outdoor work, indoor work, and random tasks as assigned. Work includes, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, taking out trash, Preventive Maintenance on mechanical items, such as ice machine, mini-split ACs, tractor, vehicles, etc., painting, mowing with zero-turn, weed eating, spraying for weeds and bugs, power washing, moving items, etc. This position requires someone with a very can do attitude, pro-active, patience, ability to adjust and change duties on the fly, and enjoy doing different things every day. This is not a boring, sit at a desk job. You will mostly be the owner's right hand person assisting with and accomplishing tasks assigned. Some experience with tools, electrical items, mechanics, mower, weed eater, and general cleaning skills is a plus. NO nights, NO weekends, NO holidays, NO dealing with customers, NO answering phone calls. Our general hours are Mon-Thu 7am to 4pm and Fri 7am to 1pm. 10 paid holidays and paid birthday off. Earn PTO Retirement Program You must have reliable transportation and be at work on time; 7am most mornings. Daily start and stop times may be negotiable with owner.
