On tuesday (4/14) my neighbor drove away with my cat in wheel well of her car. He fell out uninjured and ran away near Taco Bell on El Cajon Blvd (across street from Water tower) He is black and white, extremely friendly and talkative, and has black body and white paws and chest. We are desperate to find him, please call or text ANYTIME with any tips. Thank you!!
