Private art studio/creative work space available in Element Art Center- a new interdisciplinary art studio in Chinatown! We have several 10'x10' and 10'x15' studios available in our new space. Rent is month-to-month and is $600 for the 100sqft studios and $900 for the 150sqft studios. Studio renters have 24/7 access to the building as well as access to our wood shop, communal kitchen, and large class/event space (outside of class times). This location is perfect for artists looking to establish themselves in an art community, make friends, and have access to shared tools.
