Looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of landscaping experience. What We Do: -Residential installation of plants, irrigation, retaining walls, pavers, water features, lighting, etc. Typically high end residential landscape tear outs and remodels. This is unique and satisfying higher end work and materials for our long term customers. -Year-round employment available through the winter months. Winter work on commercial property snow removal and de-Icing with increased pay rate and end of winter season bonus based on total hours worked. -$19.00 to $25.00 D.O.E. per hour with paid time off available after probation period. We offer: -Scheduled reviews for training and advancement with raises. -40 to 50 hours per week. Most weekends are off -Paid training for industry related licensing (Ornamental Herbicide and Insecticide Applicator) -Smaller, Non corporate company where everyone knows each other and there are not endless meetings -We have long term employees What we require: -Must be a minimum of 18 years old -Have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record -Able to perform physical tasks involving lifting 50lbs and a willingness to work outside in Idaho weather conditions -Have passion and pride for improving properties.
