IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Part-time, reliable, motivated Cleaning Technician, to perform general cleaning and floor maintenance of commercial facilities and office spaces in Southern Maryland. Alliance Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Waldorf, MD. Experience is preferred but not required for this position. We will train the right persons. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors - Operate floor cleaning equipment. (vacuums, buffers, burnishers) - Dusting and detailing - Restroom sanitation - Checking, cleaning, and stocking restrooms - Emptying trash containers - Cleaning and polishing glass and metal surfaces - Strip and wax VCT floors - There may be some heavy lifting: trash, vacuums, floor machines, buckets, etc. Requirements: - Honesty, reliability, and integrity A MUST - Attention to detail and good work ethic - Ability to learn new maintenance techniques and processes - Works well in a dynamic team environment - Must have reliable transportation to and from work (live in or close to Waldorf, MD a plus) - The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with management and customers - Submit to a Background Check - Must be able to work between 8 am and 9 pm (M - F) and some Saturdays Job Type: Part-time / Flexable hours Salary: $14.00 /Hr to start Call 240-427-5185 and ask for Wayne visit ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE!!!
